Mansions by the Vineyard

Overall an average apartment complex.
They advertise that they have the latest of everything, however, I had granite counter tops, but no washer spray in my kitchen. The dryer is located UNDER the hot water heater in the laundry room which made it difficult to get to the lint filter in my dryer. It was just small things, but overall they made it an average apartment.
The one big item is there is NO insulation in the apartment. My average electric bill was $300 and went as high at $400 during the summer months. That was being conservative by blocking off the bedrooms I didn't use, turning the thermostat down when I traveled (which was about 50% of the time I lived there) and keeping the thermostat turned up in the summer and down in the winter. And, I lived alone, so it was not like I had to keep the apt cooler or warmer for anyone other then myself.
Also, when I moved out, they said they had to replace a toilet seat and a window blind, neither of which were broken when I moved out, so I have no idea what that was about. It was not worth the arguement, however and I just paid it to be done with it.
I did have a two car garage which was very nice. The garages are located UNDER the apartments and the apartment next to mine had their garage under my bedroom. Since these neighbors liked to stay up late, many nights they woke me up at 2 or 3 in the morning when they opened the garage door.
