The Mansions is the Best!!!

Staff is the nicest group of people, and I have lived at a lot of apartment communities in my time.
I laugh at these comments by these other people however, and can only imagine how many times they did not pay rent or the way they left their apartments to be charged the amounts stated or to be unhappy living here. Grow up!!

Recommend to 2 of my friends and one has just moved in as well. Tell your friends!

Take a look at this video of a sister property. Then you can only imagine how this guy would leave his apartment. I can only imagine how the management can live with themselves. To the original poster, I will keep my fingers crossed that your Mansions/Western Rim Properties experience remains favorable; however, my experience tells me that you are in for a disappointment and rude awakening. I believe that your nativity will fade somewhere along the way when your expectations do not meet with those of the Mansions and at that point you will wake up and see that these people do not bend or negotiate. While most American businesses are open to make money, I do not believe that these properties, owned by a group of investors and managed by individuals have come to learn that you get more money pleasing your customers rather than screwing them over. Such actions are definitely the case noted by the anonymous poster that has replied. My hope is that more people will take note to the situation noted and that the investors, management, corporate and individuals as a whole will remember that we do still have American juries that believe in equity and humanity. Please know that my want is to post this non-anonymously, but because remain a current tenant, I fear retribution by the property management and/or corporate entity. It is sad that in American as we have American's fighting for us to be free that we find the need to be so afraid of corporate america striving to make a buck off of hard working, respectable individuals facing realistic dilemmas.
