I think that the management company is on the right track to making the mansions a much better place to call home. The old Manager was so rude! She lived on property and she had 2 barking dogs that she never picked up after. She would belittle her staff while residents are in the office. Once I even saw her make one of the girls cry! If you tried to complain to her or talk to her at all she would get very defensive and not even let you finish a sentence before she is talking over you and quoting you something from the lease that has nothing to do with what your even trying to say!

I was going to move out at the end of my lease but now that they have replaced her I will be happy to sign a long lease and stay here. She was my only complaint with the mansions. Good job western rim!

When did they replace the manager? I have lived on the property for slightly over one year, and had dealings with the manager up to two weeks ago. From my personal experiences I have no notice that they changed the manager.

I wish; is this accurate??.....I've unfortunately had to deal with her within the last 2 weeks myself. She's the only reason, I would consider breaking my lease. Love the property, do not care to deal with the manager.

I was there Tuesday and was told that she was on a six week vacation. That sounds more like a leave of absence to me. I hope it's permanent!

You should be ashamed, she is a good person and ALWAYS picked up after her dogs and others. I guess you would not like mine either, they bark more than hers ever did. What did she do to you? I love her. S. Cottrell
