Initially the apartment and place looked nice. Some minor damage to the apartment moving in like the previous tenants had a dog but nothing major. Had a few details that took them a while to fix (some never got fixed). There was a lot of construction going on around the apartments and we were infested with mice. They did not do anything about it until a week later. I killed 7 mice with traps my neighbor 4 and it took us constantly complaining for days to get them to send an exterminator. Not what you expect for the price they charge.

When we moved out we cleaned the apartment well. We were hit with a $900 bill for cleaning, painting and carpet! The apartment had tile floor except for 2 bedrooms that had cheap carpet to start with! I was charged for things that were damaged or already used when we moved in! I have heard from other they have been ripped off when they moved out as well. BE CAREFUL, they act nice to get you to move in, but when you move out you will pay dearly.
