Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Pros - It is a nice, well kept property. The staff is helpful and courteous.
Cons - Parking is scarce. It is Very true you will be charged for different 'fees' after you move (such as professional cleaning, touch-up painting). Essentially, when you move out, you are charged the fee it takes to "make ready" the apartment for the next tenant. Be aware/Be informed.
And note - You will notice most of the reviews that recommend "Yes" are from current residents still on property (and have not experienced the 'move out'). And I agree living there is an ok experience overall. But also notice those with complaints or that recommend "No" are those that have moved out and have experiences unusual "charges". You kind of walk away from what was a good experience living there feeling scammed when you move out.
Living there is ok. Just Be Aware and Be Informed.
