I thought I liked the place because of the friendly staff and neighbors, but when I moved out, I suddenly had a bill for $3700 for carpet and light fixtures. I had heard from several others they received large bills from collection agencies to pay for various items, but I couln't believe it! One guy had even recieved a $9,000 bill! It's ironic that they tried to get us to sign another lease to stay because they were upgrading to wood flooring, new millwork, fixtures, and appliances-- OBVIOUSLY at former tenants' expenses. This whole company is a SCAM. Not only was I paying almost $2500 a month for a poor apartment layout, but I could never have guests over because there was no where to park! Anytime I needed maintenance like on the failed water heater, a cracked bathtub, the garbage disposal, and the automatic garage opener, it took up to a week for them to fix!! So if you want to shower at your gym every morning, have a sink full of moldy water and dirty dishes, manually open your garage door, and have your friends get parking tickets, then the Mansion's is the place for you. Just don't plan on moving out-- They may decide to renovate the place!

I think this is a hilarious review. I have lived at the Mansions by the Vineyard for almost 3 years. Not once have I had issues with the maintenance staff. I love to entertain and have never had people complain about where to park. Actually, I love the parking layout b/c there is no huge parking lot or ugly carports. If you didn't like the rent price, then you shouldn't have singed the lease. I recently had my apartment remodeled and it is the nicest of any property I have seen in the area and is worth every penny. People who are receiving high bills are people who don't know how to take care of things and deserve to pay every penny they are fined. I LOVE living here and would recommend it to anyone.

I think you are hilarious, wait untill you move out and they will rape you too. Just wait, yours will come, they might be nice in the front, but the maintence does take a while, We waited a month for a dishwasher in a 1300 apartment w/t a newborn baby, they are nice, bc they know they are going to rape you!!! Does not matter if you take care of apartment, they still over charge for very little thing, andthe parking, youmust of not had any one over, bc their in nowhere to park, it sucks! Would not recommend this place to anyone, maybe worst person, like yourself!~
