And so far I'm very pleased. I feel very safe and love the apartments here because it's very quiet and serene. As for any comments regarding safety, noise, roudy neighbors; I just haven't seen any of that here. Yes the pool up front does seem to get full of people so I just don't go. But I"m not a big pool lover to begin with.

Maintenance is always available and the staff up front are just nice all the time. I miss Stacey but Emily and the other ladies are very pleasant. I have a 18 month lease and I will probably renew it if it keeps going this well. Moving out might be a little pricey based on the other reviews so I'll make sure I keep everything a good as possible. My unit was renovated and everything was brand new and just lovely.

Parking is lacking for sure around here. But honestly it's just because this is a small complex. We have 3 cars and a 2 car garage so I do have to find a parking spot everyday where ever I can. But I made sure I had my garage organized and can put 2 of my cars in everyday.
