The Apartment agent put me in an apartment where my bedroom window is 15 feet away from the road and told me the sound wouldn't be a problem at night, which is completely untrue. I hear 18 wheelers all night and construction at 6:30 AM everyday. It took them 4 months to fix a leak in my roof which I don't think is still fixed and is also the reason the last tenant moved out. Now there's mildewey smell in my whole apartment. The A/C never got below 78 degrees and I tried for 5 months and each time I got a BS answer as to why or they'd say there's nothing wrong. There are roaches in all the buildings and spraying and baits do nothing. The maintenance is always at the office talking and never fix anything. Do not rent here if you want to keep your sanity.
