Honestly speaking Mission Pointe is not bad at all. I just think the apartments next door (bear Creek) attract all the wrong kind of people to this area. The management here is great they show ambition and they are very professional. They may not be and A property but they are very well kept inside. I think the whole towing i deal is good because that lets residents know that parking is for them and their visitors only.They have very decent rent prices that probably cannot be beat by any other community in the area. Those who gave a bad rating probably owed money or just had one bad experience and couldnt get over it. So if you want to live some where decent and comfortable i would recommed Mission Pointe
