I moved in last year and I just renewed my lease with them. So for I haven't had any problems with the apartment or the staff. My apartment is large and I have a good location. The office girls always have a smile and are quick to help me. The maintenance can be a little slow but they are polite and fix things right the first time. I've recommended Mission Pointe to my friends twice and got a nice referral from them.
