Very overpriced for the location, quality, and amenities. Also cannot get cable TV - can only get their shared direct TV in which you lose your signal almost every time it rains, storms or gets too overcast. Parking is terrible!!! There isn't enough parking for residents, let alone any parking for guests. It is very overprices & they increase your rent by at least 10% or more every time you resign your lease (& that's if you sign a yrs lease.) Otherwise nice place to live. Not many activities though.

I've lived her for almost 2 years and have had nothing but problems.The office staff was great at first, but after the manager Reagan left, it went all downhill.There is only 1 dumpster that is always littered with bags all by the street, and there is always a horrible smell around it.The parking is HORRIBLE,and you have to hike just to get to your apartment.It is hard to move in because there is NO space in the hallways,and EVERYTHING you can think of has gone to crap in my apartment.The carpet comes up,we've had pipes burst,anything and everything will stain the walls(even barely touching it),just by walking in the kitchen my tile would come up,our shower heads have broken off.....I mean I could go on and on! I pay $865 a month,and I have not one nice thing in my apartment to show for it.We have numerous outlets that don't work, and no matter how many maintenance requests we put in,it still takes weeks for hem to come and "fix"it...even if you constantly bug them about it.The office staff changes every few months,so if you DO meet someone that gets anything done,it won't last long! If you want to seriously be ripped off and taken advantage of, Norstar at Bear Creek apartments is the place to call home.
