The apartments are wonderful. Spacious and fresh and lots of room. On the apt itself there are no complaints. Maintenance done quickly and the playground and pool area are also wonderful. The parking SUCKS tho. There IS no visitor parking to speak of, and its hard to invite guests over that have to park by the office and walk the whole complex. You end up paying for covered parking thats not close to your house. Also the phone lines are NOT SWBell so you cant get inline service so if they have to come out, then you pay for it. There is no high speed internet capabilities and for cable tv you have to use their direct TV setup and it loses the signal in any storm.
They went thru a management change and the new staff is very friendly and nice to work with.
If the amenities arent a problem for you then this is a great place to live...however if you need a bit more flexibility in parking or ISP or whatever, it might drive you crazy!
