Moving in went smoothly, nice floorplan, staff was nice. Maintenance is a whole other problem...it would take a week or longer to get things fixed. The only time they came running was when my toilet overflowed and then it still took them an hour to get there.
Neighbors were pleasant enough, unfortunately we had a couple that liked to fight in the breezeway at midnight a couple of times, so the police was called out on them.
Parking is a nightmare...if you don't pay for a carport spot good luck finding a spot to park.
Water bill made no sense...it always showed the same starting and ending reading and would flucate between $15-$50(2 months in a row).
