I am very anxious for my lease to be up so I can leave this place. Everytime my upstairs neighbors shower or flush a toilet, I can hear the water draining behind my walls. Everytime someone goes up or down the stairs next to my apt. the walls rattle, this has made my dog insane this past year. Staff is unwilling to help with any complaints citing,"That's apt. living.", but i've never had any of these problems at any other aptartments where I've lived. I've had to walk my dog in almost complete darkness because the outside building lights were off for a week, and we called every night from the first night they were out. I guess the safety of the residents at night isn't a maintenance or staff concern.
