I have lived here for about 2 years hoping that things would improve. (My Fault) I will be moving as soon as the lease is up never to come back. Management has changed, maintance men have changed but everything is still not working or has not improved. The electric and water bills are terrible and if you call in with a problem the staff could care less. People park in the space that you pay for and the staff does not want to be bothered with your problem they only want your money for the spot. They say they have a car wash I disagree they have a parking spot for people to lazy to walk to the apartment that they came to visit. It's the same vehicles but nothing is done. They way over water the bad landscape and they say you are not charged for the outside watering. They will tell you that you have a meter in your apartment laundry room only who reads it''' No one! This could be a really nice place but the owners don't care about it or you because look who they place in charge to manage their property. Please don't waste your time or money.
