About to move out and thought this apartment was great when I first moved in but soon realized I was wrong. Parking is completely horrible and people will park in the covered spot you pay for anyway. I found an apartment that's just down the street for 100 bucks less, I live in a one bedroom now and the other one I found was a 2 bedroom. Plus we moved in because it was a gated community, the gate never works. Maintenance is awful too. The guy thinks has some high and mighty attitude and several times when we had a problem, my husband choose to fix it himself just so we wouldn't have to deal with the guy. Oh and one time when my husband came home the SWAT team was here, NO JOKE! It's not the worst place to live but diffently not worth the rent.

This is the worst place to live. Mgmt can not handle 2 transactions at once, they keep coming up with erroneous charges that don't have any validation in them. Maintaince CAN NOT Speak ENGLISH AT ALL. Do quick and unreliable work. MGMT Comes into your apartment without permission or validate reason. STALKING Tenants. The current Manager is a ----- BAG and Current Leasing agent/ Secretary (LEGALLY DUMB- She adds 2 2 come up with 10-ASS WIPE). Trees are shifting and falling, but its an act of GOD. MOLD is all on apartment buildings, ANTS are all over the apartment. MGMT calls there pest control out and he SPRAYS for RATS. Who in the hell SPRAYS for RATS. You set traps DOUCHE BAG. Carports are falling for no reason--"Poor maintaince" Trash Dumpster on site is always smelling bad, plumbing is always backed up. DO NOT GIVE MGMT a Large DEPOSIT b/c they won't give it back and find away to ROB you before you move out. There Corporate POC is FULL OF SHIFT------ IS HELL. NEVER, Ever rent an apartment from ACCOLADE PROPERTY MGMT. The gate stays open and always broke. Laundry facilities DO NOT workm who but Tokens to operate a washer and dryer. After living here, which the worst mistake I have ever made. " I FEEL LIKE AN ALTHERMIER PATIENT IN A ----- HOUSE-DON'T WHAT I PAID FOR UNTIL ITS TO LATE, BUT ITS NOT THIS DUMP" Once you leave here you will feel like lower than "Bowlegged caterpillar" ---- THIS ---- DON'T COME HERE- RUN LIKE HELL.
