Oak Park Apartments

resident of almost 2 years From: AAEmployee Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived at Oak Park for almost two years and I have never had a problem with the office. I was in need of a great deal in rent and I didn't want to find a place that follows in the "you get what you pay for" category. I truely believe that the reviews I have read are false. I just can't see the office staff being that way. They are all so personable. You can go in on your lunch break to make a work request and plan on talking to the manager about your current job demotion and she makes you feel as if she really cares. And even when i came to her to tell her that I was getting a pay cut at American Airlines, she helped me by giving me a rental decrease on my renewal. Oak Park never makes me feel that I am unwanted and they always respond to my work requests. I have complained on my neighbors before and they kept me anonymous and that is a big deal to know that the office will take care of you. I will be renewing this year and i can't wait to go to the summer pool party this summer!! Thank you girls and keep up the good work!!!
