Bad Management and Poor Maintenance

Apartments built with very cheap materials, things are always falling apart. Maintenance people do a worse job than i do, and i'm no handyman. Took 6 months to fix washer/dryer doors and now the replacements are a different color! Management is apathetic to everything accept the rent, god help you if you have to break a lease,they will nail you to the wall if you have to give them anything under 60 days, and the reletting fee is 85% of thr rent. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Very true...had to call in most maintanence issues 4-5 times to get it fixed. They tend to try and convince you that it wokrs fine, and that you are mistaken about how it should work/run.
