I generally like this apartment, yes the gates are never closed. This has been one issue for me as when I signed the lease they did say that they would be. That was over 6 months ago. I had a bug issue when I first moved in, but they fixed it and I have no had one since! Maitnence has been efficient and quick, and the staff is nice, a bit cold sometimes but I try to pass it off as them trying to just be quick and time efficient. I have had one MAJOR issue with the construction they decide to do in one of the larger parking areas. They start very early and end late, other than that it is a good place to live.

I really don't know how you could recommend this place. The staff does nothing but lie. They're filling the place with anyone with a heartbeat,long term residents mean nothing to them,they're building tomorrows ghettos today. Now the newest stupid rule, no bbq grills. They claim that now that they have installed 6 grills everyone should be happy,what a bunch of clowns. 6 grills for 500 units what a joke,July 4th should be a real nightmare, plus they've dictated you can't even store your grill on your balcony or patio. I really don't know what they expect people to do with them,store them somewhere for $40.00 a month or sell them at a dime on the dollar. They say residents have one week to do this,this is from a company that has taken over a year to fix up a 300 sq ft fitness room. This is the stupidest,self serving bunch of idiots I have ever encountered.
