You know, I used to love living here! The apartments are beautiful, grounds are nice, pool is awesome, but I do not feel welcome here at all. Anytime I go to the office or even CALL the office I feel like I am imposing! I hate feeling like I am a problem...excuse me, I pay my rent on time EVERY month! You think they'd have no issues! Oh yeah, I shouldn't forget to mention the SPIDER problem! They are everywhere...and they are baby spiders which mean there are adult spiders somewhere...our friend even got bit by one! Back to the office issues: Everytime I ask a question I get one answer, the next day they CHANGE that answer and it gets very frustrating (this has happened 3 times). At the end of my lease I am moving to a place where the office staff actually cares more about the residents than if people aren't picking up their dog's mess! Dispite all the issues I have listed they do have a great maintenance staff, the grounds are nice, pool is pretty, and it's a very quiet community; but keep in mind that this is your HOME and you need to feel welcome at the place where you live (and spend so much $$$)!!!
