I would agree with the earlier comments regarding things being patched and not replaced. There are MANY patched areas in my apartment and the patch jobs are HORRIBLE. Maybe they aren't aware of sandpaper, who knows.

And I second the person who commented about the construction issues, pink papers on garage doors and lack of adequate notice. I would add that they tell you when to vacate your garage, but not when you can return to utilizing it. Further, I agree with their comment about the garage clean up/inspection. Did it ever take place' My neighbor is the BIGGEST pack rat and has so much stuff in her garage nothing more will fit, but nothing is done. And what about all of the trash that is left hanging in the trees after the roofers left how many months ago' And how long are the painting/repairs to the outside supposed to last' And the gates ... oh the gates! They rarely work correctly! The back gate box hasn't worked as long as I've been here. And the front gate doesn't work half the time.

As for the staff, Ryanne is AWESOME! Ramona needs a personality. And Joyce needs a backbone when it comes to her supervisor. And the blonde from Parkside that has been here before should stay at Parkside. PLEASE!

For what you are getting, I think the rent is a little high. Not outrageous, but they clearly cut corners everywhere possible. There is NOTHING high end about this complex. It is average with garages. And community events are practically non-existent.

I would have to agree with the earlier writer who mentioned having a lack of staff on Sunday. I agree it is an inconvenience given that they close at 6pm during the week and even earlier on Saturday. And many times they are actually gone before 6pm. It does make it difficult to get packages or talk with them.

I AGREE, THE MANAGER IS A ----- AND SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE DRUNK! RYANNE IS THE REASON I LEASED, SHE IS THE BEST, BUT I AM SO GLAD IM GONE. I GUESS IF YOU NEED A DRINKING BUDDY, YOU CAN CALL ON THIS MANAGER, I HAVE SEEN HER SEVERAL TIMES DRINKING WITH ONE PARTICULAR RESIDENT ON THE PATIO. TALK ABOUT BAD MANAGEMENT.
