I'm a long-time resident, and wrote a negative review about a year ago or so. I'm happy that things have improved at the complex in the past year since we renewed our lease. The staff have improved, and Ryanne is still the best one there. I feel like residents are given more respect and courtesy from the staff than in previous years. The maintenance guys are wonderful, very laid back, and always helpful. In all the time we've been here, we've only needed on repair. Despite the increase in rent, we are happy we stayed, and highly recommend this property because it is safe, clean, quiet, and a great place for dog-friendly residents. They definitely don't bring in any ghetto/loud people. The quality of the actual apartments and fixtures are not fancy but they look nice and are well enough for apartment living. It seems the staff made changes and improvements in the past year, so I felt it warranted a new, positive review. *Highly recommended*

I AGREE! I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP! FOR THE MONEY WE PAY THE MANAGER IS REALLY RUDE. YOU THINK YOU WOULD FEEL AT HOME BUT, WITH THE RUDE ASS MANAGER AND THE LACK OF CONCERN THEY BUT INTO YOUR ISSUES ID RATHER STAY IN A RAT HOLE, WHICH BY THE WAY WE ARE NOT TO FAR FROM.

We've noticed they are running a special online. But when we renewed our lease we tried to get our one month free prorated for the next year and they refused. They may be running specials now and I see unknowing people moving in and I feel bad for them. But I feel worse for us because we still have a while on our lease. Don't move here so they will see that they need to make changes!!
