Have lived here almost 3 years and am extremely satisfied! All units have direct access garages. I do rent the largest unit available here (2 BR/2 Bath, 1344 sf), so I'm obviously very pleased with the spaciousness of my apartment. Top floors have vaulted ceilings. Nicely kept grounds, and a beautiful park system just down the street. What most impresses me here is how quiet it is, and how professional, supportive, and responsive the entire staff is, from the front office to all maintenance personnel. Any issue I've ever had (all relatively minor) have been promptly addressed. The entire complex was recently re-roofed and repainted on the exterior. Interior amenities are just average, but clean, well maintained, and in line with local market conditions relative to what you pay. If you need granite counters, look elsewhere and pay a lot more. The only downside I can think of is utility costs, at least for my top floor apt. Most apartments just have minimum, average insulation, and this is no exception. Watch your thermostat, and install window treatments inside to really save on electrical bills. A utility plus is that each unit is individually metered so you only pay for what you use. Overall, a great place to live and highly recommended!!

I agree with all of the above! I did go to the store and spends $3 on weather stripping for our back door since there was a HUGE gap on the top, sides, and bottom. I really don't consider that a deal-breaker, so I would still recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet residence. ALSO: Joyce was kind enough to spend the remains of last year's budget on some new gym equipment! Thanks, again, Joyce!
