There are many apartments are around this nice creek that are affordable and more accomadating. The staff is rude and not helpful with problems and there have been many problems. There are leaks in the pipes that include bathroom, sink, shower, kitchen. Holes in the wall that they have made to fix the problem but it takes them over 2 months to fix. If the AC goes out they do not consider it an emergency in Texas heat and do not come and fix it during the night. This is unacceptable because it is not possible to stay the night. I have never had such poor service anywhere. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!!
