I have lived here for four years and still love it. I read all the other reviews and agree with some, but disagree with others of this property!I have lived in a one bedroom apartment and agree the electric bill can sometimes be high, but who can expect a low bill with TXU in the summer' My apartment has had a few minor maintenance problems but the maintenance men have always been good to me and timely. They are all very friendly and let you know when A/C's are priority to your disposal! The girls in the office have always been nice to me when I call and never had a problem getting in a maintenance request! In regards to the previous review people can sell drugs anywhere you go, whether a house or an apartment, just like crime it has no address! However, living here for almost four years now I have never had a problem with crime or my neighbors!

Its nice too because the property has three pools so when you don't want to go to the crowded ones, you can find another one nearby, plus they are always blue!!! Plus my rent hasn't hardly raised since I have been here, and its a great location! It's unfortunate when you hear bad stories about a property and it changes your mind about it,because one bad review doesn't compare to the many people that have stayed here over the years, so come see for yourself!
