what the hell is this all about' Are new residents financing the apartment staffs vacation time or what' Unbeliveable. I now hearing from people in apts that they will eventually start charging landscaping fees.Ok people its time to purchase homes and let these Apts turn into the"Projects" and Section 8 and then see if they can get $100 from the goverment or its tenants.

Are you serious? $100 administration fee, what year did you apply at Overlook and have to pay a $100 admin fee? The administration fee at Overlook has never been more than $50, other apartments are charging $75...
