New management has serious flaws!

I understand that this new management is trying to fix up their property... But I'm really tired of them finding reason to come into my apartment, it seems like ever since they took over they have been finding reasons to come in at least twice a month to "fix" things. I complained about not receiving any notice about when people would be in my apartment while i was gone and now i received notices when i get home from work saying "This notice is to let you know that we will be in your apartment on todays date"... lol... thanks. and maybe next time those people can try to track MORE mud into our unit.
The fee's are increasing in this apartment complex, our new waterbilling system is costing me twice the amount I paid last year. Beware of the $500 pet deposit! Apparently the new sod they laid out on the grounds is going to cost us extra money as well. By the way, it already looks like its dying.
But hey at least we get really great service ammenities... you want a weight room' laundry' then you'll have to go to their other apartment complexes... that's great and all but i'm not paying rent at THOSE apartments.
you would think that with all of the inconviences already placed on the renters at this complex, that they would be a little friendlier in the office. I miss the old owners, sure they let the grass die, but at least they were nicer and you got what you paid for.

Okay, I don???t know what this person???s problem is, but I love the new management team they definitely go above and beyond to get things taken care of. The manager goes out of her way to keep her tenants happy. Who complains about the staff fixing things. Are you crazy? I???m sure if there was any mud tracked in the apartments the staff did what was necessary to fix the problem. About the ???SOD??? they laid, we are dead in the middle of winter, grass is expected to die. I???m sure it will start to grow again next spring, just hold your horses. It???s great that The Overlook own other properties in the area, for their tenants to use their amenities while they are under construction. Are you just wanting to complain, get a life!!! |
