Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I've been living at The Overlook for almost 6 years and I have no complaints.
The old staff were a little slow about getting things done but the new staff's very friendly and willing to do all they can to make our homes a better place to live.
I'm glad they are coming in and getting things fixed, the grounds have never looked better, honestly the community looks as if it's had a face lift.
Get a life people, the people in the office have their own lives, they do all they can, it isn't their faults you're unhappy.
To the people in the office, "keep up the GREAT work!"
