If they can find a reason to charge you for something, they will. Even if there isnt a reason, you will still be charged for it. I'v lived here for 3 months and I have had to correct them for charging me for electric and other things every month. If you dont pay attention to what your paying, I can promise you that your being screwed. Pay close attention to what that stupid bill says thats mailed to you when the office is 20 ft away. Lazy asses. I cant wait to find a reason to have my lease broken in my favore. I'm ready to move again and I hate moving... And the rent is over rated.
