The management (if thats what you want to call them) has to act like tenants and write good reviews about this property to keep the ratings up! If thats not all the answers you need to keep away from this place, I dont know what is. And I can only tell you what I know... DO NOT LOOK AT, THINK ABOUT, OR SUGGEST THE overlook at bear creek apartments TO YOURSELF OR ANYONE YOU KNOW. Otherwise you will either hate yourself or have friends/family that hate you.
