I have lived in this complex for almost a year and I can't say enough about it! I am a young single mother with a small child. When I was apartment hunting my only needs were a cheap but safe place. Not something you find too often! Since the first day I moved in I have always felt very secure and I have been thrilled with my choice. Most of my neighbors are in their late twenties to mid thirties, some with kids. It's never loud and I've never seen any criminal activity. They just updated everything and now we have a gym, a really neat outdoor grilling area, a wireless internet area with computers avaliable for use and a coffee bar! They also have a few nice pools and a big tennis court. (Those with kiddos, there is a GREAT park right down the street that my son loves to go to!) To boot, the managment staff rocks my world! The manager is the coolest lady ever! She specifically put out my sons favorite breakfast snacks for us the morning (that's right, free breakfast in the office!!!) and even brought me a bag of chocolates the day my divorce was final to cheer me up. They are very timely with maintenence issues which is a big plus too! The price is very affordable and the were very willing to help me get into a place on very short notice. Unfortunatly, my income wont allow me to stay now that it's time to renew my lease but the past year has been great!!!!
