The place has really gone down hill. They give move in specials to thugs and while they are taking over, decent people are moving out. But don't trust this review. If you are considering moving to Overlook, take a drive through the parking lot on a Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon. Make sure and take a look at the dumpsters that are overflowing onto the parking lot. Make sure and notice the riff raff "tailgating" on their cars and trucks. I bet you can even see a colored flyer that fell from an apartment warning tennants of "another purse snatching, another car break-in, etc." It's a shame because it's a nice area. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
