If you enjoy wildlife and looking for a place that is "animal friendly". This is the place for you I've lived here for 4 years, for the last 2-3 I have had many issues with Raccoons. Thats right....Raccoons! Two of my apartments in two seperate buildings have had Raccoons living in the walls and in the ceiling. The current Raccoon that I "share" my current apartment with has had babies, so its wonderfull to wake up in the middle of the night to the sound of the pitter padder of little feet running through the ceiling, the walls, and oddly enough under my bathtub.

Unfortunately if you don't want any 4 legged "roomates" living in your apartment, you may just be out of luck. Perhaps the managment company is unaware that racoons are known to be carriers of the following:
1. Rabies
2. Roundworm
3. Parvovirus
4. Canine Distemper

Management's best strategy to resolving this issue is to ignore it. Not to worry, Management will be quick to give you excuses, but action is another story. They might tell you that animal control is coming out; however, interesting enough if you call animal control. They will not come out, but they will supply traps if your willing to go get them. There is wildlife services, but they don't come out to apartments. Where does this leave you' Stuck! Stuck with permanent little raccoon friends that get free room and board, while you pay rent and have trouble sleeping at night, because they are nocturnal creatures.
In short.....This place is about as wonderful as little raccoon droppings. :)

I agree living at these apartments is like living in the wild. I had raccoons living in my walls for weeks making loud noises threw out the night. It took the office two weeks to response to my request for maintenance to do something about the raccoons. The property is also poorly tended to and the parking is a night mare. Think twice before moving to these apartments.
