I recently was in the market for a one bedroom apartment so I decided to look in Euless since I work at the airport. I am pretty particular when I choose an apartment in the sense that I will choose a lesser quality apartment if I feel the staff there are good genuine people. Well I went to several other apartment complexes which were a little more upscale then the Overlook, but there was one thing I could not get out of mind about the place. The leasing agent there, her name is Diana, was the reason I chose to live at the Overlook. I went in on a Saturday and to my suprise she was the only one working in the office. She showed me a model apartment and I can't say I was real impressed with it, but instead of just trying to sell me an apartment Diana truly flashed her incredible personality and tried to get to know me. She by herself convinced me to rent at the Overlook and she has been nothing but the sweetest person to me even after I moved in which is a rarity in the apartment business. I will get back to you when I find out more about the other staff.

The employees who work at these apartments will get on every now and then to try and save face...take a look at the reviews of the tennants who actually lived here. These are the worst apartments ever.
