I have lived here for 2 years, and have seen Managers come and go. My biggest issues here were maintenance, and the condition of the pools. For the last 2 summers the pools were green, and I had to go swimming accross the street at another community. Maintenance took weeks to get done, and only after reminding the office constantly.
In the last 3 months things have changed drastically around here. They hired a new manager who is both professional and friendly. If I email her a maintenance request she emails me back letting me know that it was put in and when it should be complete. She hired a new Maintenance staff, a man and a WOMAN, who are awesome. Any issues I have had are fixed by the next day! The pools look AMAZING, we have 2 pools open and yesterday I saw them scrubbing the 3rd one. I asked the maintenance lady, who said it should be perfect by next Monday.
I think things have changed around here for the better, and when my lease is up in August I plan on staying.
