Bad Idea

I lived here for 21 months now and getting ready to move. This place is a nightmere, I have neighbors fighting and cursing and kids playing all day and night. Maintence has never fix my hood light or vent because he too busy beating up his girl friend in the parking lot. We have went through about 3 managers going on the fourth...
