The former management office personnel made Paradise Hills a great place to live. They were very attentive to the needs of the tenants and were extremely personable and friendly. Since new management took over a few months, the complex has fallen into disarray and neglect. Which is a shame because the property is quite nice with great choices for layouts of apartments. Much nicer place to live than the neighboring complex, Hillcrest.
