Paradise Hills are beautiful apartments and centrally located to so many places.
That being said, it's a damn shame they are so poorly managed and so quick to accept a Section 8 government subsidized check to make a buck.
After the hurricane, the signs went up, and so did the crime rate. I am very cautious when choosing a place to live, and believe you me, I checked out the make-up of the community before committing to a long-term lease.
The once peaceful and beautiful community has been overrun by people who have no regard for their children or their neighbors to say the least.
Children litter the parking lot playing dodge ball against people's vehicles and occasionally participate in re-enactments of "fight club".
Oh, and did I mention that they lost my rent check and failed to notify me for almost an entire month'
Never, never again.
