I have been a tennant since June '05. The apartments on the west side of Post Oak... DON'T LIVE THERE. I lived on the east side of Post Oak, Third Floor, facing the east. It was quiet over there for the first few months, then the hurricane happened, and everday coming home my apartment smelled like a mixture of dirty clothes, curry, and fried chicken. The people below us were NASTY and I never wanted to be outside at night. Sister's car had soda poured all over it, and a blind spot at the mailboxes ensures a wreck. Children ALWAYS lurking around outside, and will not get out of your way. Fort Worth police there three nights a week. The apartments are nice,and the jetted tubs are a nice perk.. but if you live here, request third floor for noice cancellation, and be on the east side, facing the east for the most quiet spot here. Maintenance walked in on me naked without knocking, then stood there and grinned. No complaints on the management office.. never had a problem with rent, etc. Never really talked to them either.
