I MOVED IN 4 YRS AGO AND LOVED MY NEW HOME SINCE THEN WE HAVE GONE THROUGH MANAGMENT EVER SIX MNTHS THIS MANAGMENT WE HAVE NOW IS THE WORST YET THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE LIKE TO LOSE YOUR RENT WONT FIX ---- THEIR EXCUSE FOR THE LAST 2 MNTHS ON THE POOLS ARE WE'RE TRYING TO FIND THE BEST BID ON WATER PUMP LOL SO THAT TELLS ME THEIR GOING BROKE IF I COULD HELP ANY BODY OUT THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS STOP LOOK AND LISTEN CUZ THIS PLACE HAS TURNED INTO ONE BIG JOKE SO IF YOU READ ALL THESE STATEMENTS AND MOVE IN HERE I KNOW YOU MUST BE ON CRACK CUZ THIS IS NOT A JOKE IT IS NASTY DIRTY AND TRASHY WE HAD KIDS STARTING FIRES IN A VACANT GARAGE IT TOOK MANAGMENT 3 TIMES FOR THE KIDS TO SET A GARAGE ON FIRE TILL THEY LOCKED THE VACANT GARAGES AND NOTHING HAS STILL BEEN DONE TO THIS FAMILY THEY TALK TALK BUT SHOW NO ACTION HERE AT PARADISE HILLS THEY ARE VERY KNOWN FOR LOSING OR I REALLY THINK STEALING RENT MONEY SO PLSE MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK OH DID I TELL YOU IF YOU GO TO THE BACK SIDE IT SMELLS LIKE PISS THERE ARE SEVERAL OCCASIONS I HAVE CAUGHT KIDS PISSING IN THE BREEZEWAY OF THE GARARGES BUT ITS FUNNY NOTHING SEEMS TO GET TAKEN CARE OF!!!
