Terrible Customer Service

I'm a college student and planned to rent with Paradise Hills.

When I first saw the property I was extremely impressed; I loved the hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment and the gorgeous kitchen area.

After I submitted my application, it took the complex over two weeks to let me know if I was approved or not.

After giving me the run around on the application, the property manage (Linda) informed me that she would not approve the application because I did not have a co-signer.

I informed her before I submitted the application that I didn't have a co-signer, but she stated it should be okay because of my work history and credit score.

She LIED!!! Not only did she deny the application, she kept my deposit money; knowing she would not approve the application.

I've been calling their office constantly for the manager; it appears that she's never in.

But oddly enough on one of my numerous calls, I'm almost positive she answered the phone...how childish!!! I strongly do not recommend this complex to anybody!! There are plenty of nice apartments in the area, clearly Paradise Hills is NOT one on them.
