Paradise Hills

I lived here for about 2yrs...was great at first. Management changed and it was down hill from there. Every morning someone was parked behind my car and I could never get out of my garage...the tow truck would never come. Ants invaded my apartment all the time no matter what I did. I always received letters stating that I owed money which was never the case...maintnence was always in the apartment with out consent or letting me know. As a single mother I was scared and unsafe. People always hanging around the walk ways of the apartment which on many occasions forced me to return home later...in fear of being robbed or rapped. There was a leak in my apartment which was never fix and just painted over. No matter how much you clean when you leave you will get charged for something. The security gate never worked and the outside of the apartments are not maintained. It looks nice but once you move in things start to fall apart and you are held accountable. To any people with children the people that occupy residency in these aprtments are low class and made me fell like I was living in "The Dirty Dirty South" and I was. Criminal activity is outragous. I lived on the 3rd floor and saw kids climbing the stairs and poles onto peoples patios on the 3rd floor. I was scared to live there and management does nothing. Kids run wild and they range from toddle age on up...lets you know what kind of trash parents live there.
Very unsafe..dirty..management lives there so they are part of the coruptness at "Gheto Hills".
Bottom line if you have children you are safer in your car at a local park..

P.S. bad location...no grocery stores near by...If you need food expect to drive out of your way...however...if its a 40 and pack of papers you need your in luck...there a gas station in walking distance.
