When I first moved here 3yrs ago it was a nice complex to live in. They had monthly events going on for the kids as well as the adults. But now ever since they have been changing management they have been going down hill. And ever since Katrina we have had some outlandish people move in. Some are nice but you have others that have no respect for other tenants. They don't control there kids and teenagers jumping and urinating off balconies. I have complained several times and nothing has been done. The neighbors around them have complained and nothing is being done they are shootnig BB guns and no one seems to care. I am moving out because they living conditions have gone down, they have a very bad knat problem that they can't seem to solve. Management really doesn't care there anymore. I would not recommend a dog to live there.
