I LIVED HERE FOR 3 years IT HAS GONE ALL THE WAY DOWN SINCE I MOVED IN.THE NEW MGMT.IS SO GHETTO SHARONDA IS OBLVIOUS,DELILAH IS RUDE AND GHETTO,RICK IS LAZY ALL HE DOES IS RIDE AROUND IN THE CART ON HIS CELL PHONE DOING NOTHING AND TELLING PEOPLE THEY DON'T HAVE PARTS,WHEN THEY DO,THEN HE'LL GIVE ALL THE HARDER JOBS TO THE POOR 2 SPANISH GUYS THAT DO ALL THE WORK,THEN BLUE HE USED TO PICK UP TRASH BUT MARK IS TRAINING HIM TO BE LAZY.DELILAH,MARK,RICK AND THE NEW ONE IN THE OFFICE WHO MESSES UP ALL ARE SHARONDA THE MGR.HER CRONNIES.HALF OF ALL APARTMENTS ARE VACANT.THE FENCE AROUND OFFICE IN FRONT IS TORN DOWN.IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THE OTHER SIDE OF COMPLEX.ALSO THEY NEED TO POWERWASH INSIDE BLDGS.DO SOMETHING BESIDES PUT WRONG NOTICES ON PEOPLE'S DOOR AND GO TO LUNCH.GOD FORBID YOU HAVE TO PARK ON SIDE,SOMEONE WILL STEAL SOMETHING OUT YOU CAR.ONE REASON HALF THE PROPERTY THE EXTERIOR BLDG.LIGHTS ARE OUT.

Child I read your comment and it seems like you can not write. I have been living here over three years and i havn't had one problem with the new management team. If you are that unhappy just move. People do it everyday. It looks like they just don't like "YOU". Sharonda is the only one that cares do you know that the pool is fix for next year,also she's working on the gates to get fix. This is the only team that I seen make it this long so that tells me she do know what she's doing besides on the computer putting somebody down. For as the rest I think that everybody cool. Just do what you got to do if you are not happy again just move I know I would. If you know what i mean. HA,HA,HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
