DON'T RENT HERE THE WATER BILLS ARE OUTRAGEOUS 1PERSON RATE IS 32.00APPROX.

PER MONTH 2 PEOPLE ON LEASE THE BILL IS ABOUT 45.00 PER MONTH,DON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT 3 PEOPLE ON LEASE,THEY GO BY AMOUNT OF OCCUPANTS ON LEASE.ALSO THIS COMPLEX HAS A SEWAGE PROBLEM THAT IS WHY EVERY 3 OR 4 TIMES YOU USE THE TOILET YOU WILL NEED A PLUNGER.PLUS AT NIGHT IT IS VERY DARK,YOUR SAFETY IS NOT THERE PRIORITY.
