Look I have been at Paradise Hills for about 2 years. The management was crap when we first moved in but then along came Linda and so far the best one ever you could ask for. We never had any problems but there again we treated her with resect and we also got that in return. What no one understands is that they have to get approvals from corp and the owners to get anything fixed. It is how a business is run. I hate that the pools have not worked this summer at all as they are being fixed and the gates have never worked but all in all the inside is where it counts. I have loud people above me because of the hard wood floors and a child but that is because they dont think whom there are moving in as long as they get them rented. I look at it this way your going to have noise when you live down stairs but hope you have some one that has common sense to know that at 10 pm to keep it down and kids should be in bed already. I hope the new management is good but it will never replace Linda. As for the water bills I think we are way over charged because when we moved in it was like $20 now it is $80 for a small 2 bedroom with 3 people. It has a nice location but there is gun shots from one of the other complex in the area, we have had someone try to break in our apartment on more than one times while we were gone. The garage has got broken in too. My husbands truck got broke into and they took somethings and it was another resident that lived in a different building. My truck had a tow truck (unmarked) try to lock to mine and steal it. Dont let the beauty of these apartments fool you. Its a not what you expect it to be just by looking at the model. To be just 7 years on office side and 5 across the street it is not as nice as they could be.... Foil in the windows and black plastic bags to keep the sun out... Drug dealing and smoking weed in plain view... I know that when my lease is up I am gone unless things change... Dont move here if you have kids because the park down the way is not for kids but for drug dealers and gun shots there in the day was just something else.... I will never let my kids down there even if I went with them.... I am not sure about the new maintenance but they wont be in my apartment ever with out me or my husband home.... The old ones that were there were the best maintenance that we have ever had at any of the apartments we have ever lived at... I miss they guys... Hope Linda and the old maintenance are doing good where ever they may be now....

I Totally agree the owner must be ghetto and a slum lord both pools have not worked in 4 yrs.Exterior lights most are out and slum lord will not buy parts.Just call CODE COMPLIANCE in fort worth,that's all this slum lord and his helpers understand.

They need to hire the rifleman to come in here and shoot all the dope dealers, pimps, hookers, and meth skanks, then it might be nice.

Now if they could just cage the animals to keep them from scumming up the other apartments in the area. I hear that they have been using the other apartments' pools because theirs' is out of commission.

I agree with all of the above, this place use to be the best apartments this side of Trinity, with all of the section 8, low income folks, immigrants dope smokers and dealers it has gone from deplorable to past ghetto. I am sick of paying $800 per month and $50 for water for a two bedroom apartment and feeling unsafe, not getting any sleep because of my upstairs neigbhors and their ill-mannered children. Most of all I am sick of payying full rent and the rest of the people in my building are on section 8 paying 10% of what I pay. It took maintenance one month to fix my kitchen sink, i had no hot water in my kitchen for 3 days because the maintenance men do not work overtime, I am tired of the managemnet staff saying they are going to handle the loud neighbors upstairs and do nothing, i am sick of the dope smoking and dope dealing and the trash everywhere. i want out of my lease and soon, i rather be in a hotel then in this hell hole.

well Tina and Lisa are trying to get it back in order and it is going to take some time. Linda was doing a great job and then after that is has been all down hill. Its just sad that these apartments are going down hill and the grounds look like crap and the pools are green again.....
