I lived at paradise hills in 2007 I had a good stay the repair crew was speedy I wouldn't have to wait long to get any repairs. The office didn't bother me they weren't noisy and for the most part laid back they did do their job as far as I'm concerned. the interior is nice and clean the carpet could be better but hey..... the walls are thin but if you are looking to move where you cant hear your neighbors you need to talk to a real estate agent... Its an apartment!!!! the grounds are well kept and clean. the surrounding apartments are nice as well. It's also right off the high way and that is plus! also reasonable pricing for what you get(crown molding ceilings 9ft ceilings, garden tubs with massaging jets, new appliances,new and cute counter tops walk in closets ect......) You will enjoy your stay here if you look at the positive things rather then dwelling on the negative things every apartment has their good and bad things. But the good things over rule the bad things at paradise.If I could move back I would but sadly I had to brake my lease for other reasons and I don't think they would take me back! They didn't mess up my credit either which most apartments do when you break your lease. Maybe i can come back to paradise hills next year or later this year.

Well your the ONLY one that likes it here... and yours opinion sounds like a SALES PITCH, looks like Lisa or Tina is at it again!! It is a gang and roach infested DUMP with NO a/c and broken pools... they can't afford supplies to fix ANYTHING!! BEWARE people wanting to move... there are NO "specials" here.. it is a SCARY place to live and the manangement is HORRID! Lisa is lazy and a LIAR and Tina is incompetent and on a power trip! I WOULD RUN FAST FROM THIS PLACE!

Sounds like an upset past leasing agent that walked out because she couldnt handle the pressure of having a job. Go back to being a lazy fat -----!
