Paradise Hills

This place was awful. I lived there for 7 years. I paid my rent on time, was quiet and respectful and I was a good tenant. Management changed like 10 times, and each time you complained, they conveniently had the excuse, "change of management"; people in the office never knew what the others were doing, amenities were taken away that were promised when I moved in (but yes, my rent didn't go up), it's been almost 8 months since I moved out, and we've never gotten our deposits, the pool didn't work in the summer often, there was a gunshot incident, the gate never worked, half of the exercise equipment didn't work, people were supposed to put trash by the curbs and it was spilling all over the place, it was AWFUL...so incredibly incompetent. Horrible!!!! do NOT move here!!!!! Oh, by the way, I had two places there. When I moved out of the first, I left immaculate. When I walked into my second apartment, I was shocked. The carpet was atrocious. Stains all over the place and a big cat pee stain in the entrance--the whole apt smelled like pee. AND it took them from July 1st to February 11th to FINALLY tell me they were mailing back my deposit after me having to fight and fight for it. AWFUL!!
