I will say things havent been the best, but things are changing for the best.. The grounds are much cleaner. I have talked to some of my neighbors and we noticed with the new water bills they have gone down. the parking is starting to free up from junk cars that never move. just got a notice this week on our garages and now i finally get to get one. i have been waiting for one over a year now. I really hope this office crew stays this time because this place is looking much better. Good job Girls....

I would agree they came putting a note on my door talking about I owe for a garage that I have never owned.... They were all broken and the owner would never allow them to fix them this goes all the way back to Kim and Linda. When they were there the owner never fixed nothing thats why code enforcement stayed on the property about the trash and that pool. Lisa needs to go back wherever she came from.

If Corporate dont approve for things to get fixed they dont get fixed. We hear the same from all the mangagement it will get fixed we have a bid we are just waiting on a ok! BS they use this place for a write off.... They should just fill the pools in with dirt and let go! 3 years with no pool is crap also! Get the gates fixed why your at it!
