yay my problem is fixed im so happy that they FINALLY got cable. Those poor people in the office i know they have been through HELL getting this place back to where it was a long time ago. at first I didnt believe them that they were gonna change this place because thats what every other manager has said in the past, but now they have proven me wrong and i am going to STAY here another year.. GREAT JOB ---- AND ---- THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This must have been posted by ----.....There is no cable company..... ------- was trying to get a deal with Charter and had them out looking at the property back in December but the slum lord of Provident Management ran her off....He always runs the good people off and leaves the trashy managers like ---- to run the place... Paradise Hills will be on the First 48 next all the crime going on. The old staff ------,------- and ----- would run the thugs off if they seen them coming on property or call the cops and get them to run them off. ---- just sits in there feeding her --------, or talking on the phone whenever she is even on the damn property. This place is a joke...

There is NO cable... this place is no where near "back to better" not EVEN CLOSE! Gangs, drug dealers, fights, drinking on the streets, bad roach problem, no a/c, nasty carpet, broken blinds, and two very incompetent children in the front office! BEWARE guys, they also LOVE to put evictions on people... and they talk so bad about their tenants that are on housing... Yep, this is a TAX CREDIT property!
